How not to deal with overwhelm

Do you know those days when your to do list is too long for the hours you have? When everything on that list is im-port-ant and needs to be done right now? Or when you’re faced with a situation that seems hopeless but absolutely needs to be resolved, or else? When catastrophes seem to be everywhere and they all need to be dealt with by you (who else?)?

What do you do? Go round and round in your head, right? Keep yourself going, work harder, think harder, stay in the office longer, get home later, no? 

And how is that working for you? 

Let me tell you how not to deal with overwhelm. And, fair is fair, let me tell you what would be better.
